3. Features:
1.high quality 10KG full graphite crucible(Can hold 1-12KG crucible)
2.The highest temperature can reach up to 1300 ℃(2372℉)
3.The inner tank adopts fireproof mud design, heat preservation and heat insulation, it only takes
30-35 minutes to melt 6KG copper .
4.Can melt metal with melting point below 1300℃（2372℉). For example: gold, silver, copper, aluminum etc.
5.Metal material can be melted: 10KG copper,2.9KG aluminum, 11.5KG silver, 21.5KG gold.

(4) The inner wall adopts a package of 5CM fireproof cotton (which can withstand high temperatures
of 1400℃) which is replaceable inner wall material.

5. Notice !!!
1. Can melt copper, aluminum, gold, silver, zinc and other metals with melting point below 1300 ℃
2. For the first use, it takes 5-6 minutes to preheat the crucible at 300 ℃ -500 ℃.
3. For more convenient control of combustion temperature, install a pressure regulating valve and gauge
4. Please note: Do not use it to melt iron, which will shorten the life of the furnace.
5. Before use, please bring high temperature gloves, high temperature mask and high temperature clothing.
Prepare a bottle of fire extinguisher beside to prevent accidents.
6. Precautions for use:
1. Use the site to ensure that it is open, ventilated, and free of flammable materials.
2. Keep the escape route clearly marked during emergencies.
3. Keep the fire extinguisher at hand.
4. Before using this product, please bring high temperature gloves, fire protection masks and other protection
supplies.
5. The entire melting process requires someone to stare.
6. Prohibit overload smelting to prevent liquid metal from flowing out.
7. Be careful when the raw material is added during the melting process.
8. The air pipe needs to be connected to the pressure valve and pressure gauge.
9. It is forbidden to melt iron, manganese and other metals with a melting point higher than 1400 ℃,
otherwise the furnace wall will melt.
10. If it is used for a long time, the material of the inner wall of the furnace can be replaced.
11. Do not look directly at the degree of melting during the melting process to prevent heat waves from
damaging the body. Only by taking security measures.
