Features:
5 Kg Propane Furnace KIT designed to provide maximum temperature up to 2372° (at 21 PSI), which is enough for melting metal like Gold, Silver, Copper, Aluminium, Bronze, Brass & other precious metals
Furnace is made from Mild Steel, it’s Burner Nozzle is made from SS-304 material and its heating zone is fully insulated with 1 Inch thick Refractory Ceramic Fiber, and It’s Cover insulated with 2-3 inch Refractory Ceramic Fiber  Which can Resist temperature up to 2600°F (1425°C). A rigid Block of Refractory Fire Brick place at bottom of the furnace to become a smooth and plain surface which can hold the crucible without any inclination
Our Melting Furnace is pre-rigidized so any particles of ceramic fiber with not spread in surrounding
This kit included with high temperature (3000°F) Refractory coating which protects on the inside wall of the furnace or combustion chamber to prevent heat loss & ceramic fiber lining to defend them against heat, flue gasses and fumes. It reflects radiant heat to the hot zone from the insulation surface that reduce the energy needed to achieve the target temperature thus it saves fuel and power
