This silver proof coin with a serrated edge is dedicated to "Famous Russian Singers". Over 30 years have passed since we have lost the great Vladimir Vysotsky. He was an outstanding poet, a brilliant actor and folk singer!
Vysotsky played about 30 different roles in movies, and has written an sung more than five hundred songs. He's the Man of The Epoch! The peoples love for him remains unlimited. Films with Vladimir Semenovic entered the golden age of Russian cinema. Vysotsky's songs are relevant to this day: now, and then, with a distinctive voice heard here, and there! Idolise him, to imitated him, love him, and he will always be remembered.
In honor of the 30th anniversary of the death of this great artist, we issued a commemorative coin of pure sterling silver. Circulation of this unique coin is limited.
REVERSE
The coin depicts the great artist and folk singer Vladimir Vysotsky. His face, signature and his life span are featured on the coin. While his face is colored, to offset itself from the background, the rest is finely engraved in the sterling silver reverse of the coin.
OBVERSE
The obverse features the Ian Rank Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
PACKAGING
The coin is packaged inside an elegant, dark red, lacquered wooden box. It is in a beautiful case, which is doing a great job in staging this remarkable coin. The Certificate of Authenticity is displayed on the inner packaging.
